When we receive your order we will send you a invoice.
This will show the dispatch date when we expect your order to leave our factory, normally within 3.5 weeks (you can refer below lead time point). However there are times when we cannot guarantee to deliver within this period due to workload, staff illness, holidays etc. Should your order be subject to delay we will notify you as soon as possible.
We cannot be held responsible for the non delivery of parcels that are sent to an address that is NOT the credit card holder's address.

The lead time is depended on your designs complexity and quantity. Normally, you can refer below table:

Normally, we use DHL or UPS as the delivery method. It takes about 3 to 4 working days to reach your address. Please refer the cost as followings:

1. The weight is 1kg - 20kg, the first 0.5kg is USD30, then USD6.3 for each 0.5 kg additional.

2. The weight is 21kg - 25kg, then USD12 for each kg.

3. The weight is 25kg - 60 kg, then USD11 for each kg.

4. The weight is more than 60kg, USD9 for each kg.

You also can choose EMS as the delivery method. It takes about 5 to 12 working days to reach your address. Please refer the cost as followings:

1. The weight is 1kg - 20kg, the first 0.5kg is USD20, then USD5 for each 0.5 kg additional.

2. The weight is 21kg - 25kg, then USD7 for each kg.

3. The weight is 25kg - 60 kg, then USD6 for each kg.

4. The weight is more than 60kg, USD5 for each kg.

Refunds and Exchanges:
We will only refund monies on goods that are faulty in manufacture. Where items are returned as "unsuitable" we will only issue a credit note, Items must be returned in new condition, unpolished and unwashed. Postage will be deducted from the amount credited. This does not apply to items that are made to measure, we will only refund on these items if faulty.
We cannot exchange on items that come into intimate contact with the body, this is for obvious hygiene reasons.
